Typical daily menu
We have a 4-week menu cycle. Our lunches include 2 red-meat meals a week. We serve fish or vegetarian food for the other meals. The menu below covers the different types of food provided.
Fresh fruit, water, and milk or milo and one of:
Crackers or corn thins (with cheese, marmite, jam) and raisins
Fruit bread, muffins, Toast or scones
Main course serves vegetables and one of:
Shepherd’s or Cottage Pie / Mince Pasta Bake / Savoury Mince
Macaroni Cheese (with ham)
Chicken and noodles and or vegetables
Sweet and sour Chicken and rice with Vegetables
Fish Pie
Sandwiches (jam, ham, marmite), carrot and cucumber sticks
Baked Beans with Nachos and Cheese

Wholemeal pizza
Dessert course usually includes fruit and one of:
Custard
Rice pudding
Apple or fruit crumble
ice Cream Pudding
Instant pudding
Yoghurt and Fruit
